Had our carpets cleaned on Monday by Felipe. Service was excellent and friendly. Felipe was at our house for 4 hrs and could not fault the work. The time and effort the he put into removing stains was great Would highly recommend Felipe and M & Co Cleaning.

After I found a disastrous mess of dog (well you can guess what) all over the house, I did a google search and contacted Marcelo at M & Co Cleaning who returned my call within minutes and said they could fix the issue for me, and steam clean my couches as well. I had a busy schedule, but they were happy for me to arrange to leave a key out in case my housemates or I weren’t home at the time. They did an amazing job - I’ve never seen the carpet or couches looking so clean! And they sent me confirmation of the job having been done, with photos, afterwards (as I wasn’t home at the time). I will happily pay their invoice (e-mailed) and will recommend their services to friends and family in similar need.

Cleaning of the car was good but was rather disappointed when the van left to find it had leaked oil on the driveway. Company is fast to reply when acquiring new business but is unable to muster a response when notified of an issue.

Came out on a Sunday with very short notice to clean our carpets for an end of lease clean. We had had other cleaners come through 2 days earlier who had done a terrible job. M & Co really saved the day for us. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and excellent cleaning service!

Arrived 2 hours late, left our couch soaking wet and unable o be sat on for 2 days. The couch is now musty and smells awful and after agreeing to come and fix, they have now cancelled and refused to revisit and rectify after repeated requests. First and last time I use this company.

Very disappointed with the service we received. Obvious lack of customer care. First time we booked nobody showed up, rescheduled for first thing next morning, cleaner arrived two hours late. Didn’t even attempt to rid our stains. Totally dissatisfied customer.

Needed a professional steam cleaning job done too prepare my bed before applying bedbug barrier powder. The steam used between all the bed rails, slats and frame of my bed required steaming at a high level pressure. It saved me time using a small hand held pressure cleaner and also had a few chairs and rugs steamed to kill off all egg that hatch from bed bugs. When we replaced new mattresses protector , no bugs entered into mattress and now I can sleep knowing bugs will die when climbing bed from bed bug barrier powder, and won’t be able to suck my human flesh. The four hours spent doing the job was very reasonably priced and value . Thanks for a great job, such a relief. I will now be able to control these nasty bugs that can muliply in the hundreds and do so much damage.

I tried to book this company for a vacate clean based on the good reviews. After extensive emailing and texts, Marcello said How about Saturday (10 March)? Then never replied with a time for the clean despite my requests. I'm left in the lurch looking for vacate cleaners to attend my rental property before I have to hand back the keys in a couple days. I should have looked elsewhere.

End of Lease Term cleaning - service was done in a professional way. There was a few items that my property agent wasn't happy with but M&Co completed those items again in a very prompt manner with the approval in the end from my property agent. So all in all was a good experience with them.

Best experience I've had with cleaning companies so far! Highly professional, attentive to details and fair price! Not only did they answer my message very promptly, but they also negotiated and worked around my schedule to accommodate the vacate cleaning date and time. As I needed carpets and external windows done as well, they offered me a combo deal, which was of great value. One day before the cleaning, I received a message confirming all the details and also informing me the name of the cleaners who would attend my property, as well as their contact numbers. On the agreed day, their team got to my place on time, showed me (again) their extensive checklist to make sure I was happy with that and also offered me some other extra services they thought would benefit me (getting my bond back). They did a great price for wheelie bins cleaning as well as blinds, which at the end definitely made all the difference. They were very attentive to detail. They cleaned all the corners, light fittings and even the highest spots that are usually missed. The main bathroom’s shower had a few marks on the tile that had been there since I rented the property and incredibly after they finished, the marks were gone.The carpets were done at the end of the cleaning and I must say I was impressed with the amount of dirt that came out of it. As I was around, the cleaner showed me the machine and the water that came out of it. Completely gross. I had forgotten to mention we had a large walk in robe with carpet and they did it without charging me any extra fee. They performed the services in a very professional manner and without any disturbance. They had the most efficient products and latest equipment, that I didn't even know existed. They cleaned my 3x2 house very attentively and left it in an immaculate condition (I didn't even want to move anymore lol). I did not have any problem with the bond inspection and quickly received the full bond on my account. Thank you M&Co. Would recommend to everyone looking for brilliant services!!

Very late, poor cleaning job and totally unreliable. We needed an end of lease vacate clean and chose this company after reading all the positive reviews. Very misleading and bogus reviews! There is an extra charge for carpet cleaning and oven cleaning which we did not mind. The total was 365$. We have booked for 9am on June 29. At 9:10 there's no sign of the cleaner nor a message or call stating that they will be late. Messaged the owner and I was assured that the cleaner will get to the apartment by 1030. The cleaner did not arrive until 1140. No one contacted me for the fact that the cleaner was late yet again. Then to top it all off, I was told that they could not do the carpet cleaning because the machine broke down and that is the only carpet cleaning machine they have in the Metro which was absolutely ridiculous and appalling. We were expected to hand over the house keys to the real estate agent in 2 days. It was horrifying as I was not certain that I could find another carpet cleaning company on such short notice as our real estate agent requires professional carpet cleaning. We were not even offered a discount because of this big inconvenience. They only took off the carpet cleaning charge. The job done was average and did not pay attention to detail. There were still scuff marks on the wall next to the pantry and we had to go over the kitchen cupboards (marks), washing machine area (dusty), tv unit area (dusty), bathroom (shower drain not cleaned), and balcony again. The light fixtures were also not cleaned and had insects in them. This was only pointed out to us by the real estate agent. In summary, this was very disappointing and a complete waste of money and our time. We should have just done the cleaning ourselves which would have avoided a whole lot of stress and money. I would absolutely not recommend this cleaning service to anyone and certainly will not be using them again.

Well done, I am a cleaning freak but did not have the time to do my final end of lease cleaning and honestly I wouldn't be able to do the job as good as M&Co did.Cheers guys.Also I like the environment and when I asked for environmentally friendly products (baking soda, no bleach) they did what I asked for.Great friendly service, great cleaning, very reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again.
