First experience with this company and a good one too. They are very responsive to enquiries and friendly. Their service was amazing, our couch is looking so much better than what it did and only 4 hour dry time which is great with 3 kids. Thank you

Booked a carpet clean for 1.30pm via online system. Got a text to say they could only come 3-4pm or the following day. Agreed to 3-4pm, got a phone call at 4 to say they’d be at least another hour. I couldn’t stay any longer so cancelled. Just poor service unfortunately. I took the afternoon off work to be here and it’s very frustrating. If you can’t do then job don’t take the booking. It’s that simple really!

If I could give them no stars I would.Organised a Sunday clean as it’s my only day off and got played. Guy calls me an hour early saying he was told it would be fine to rock up, we weren’t home-hence the booking time. When we arrived home he was nowhere to be seen and we get a call an hour later saying he was sick and unable to attend. Fine.Rebooked for mid week the following week and the guy came, he was pleasant enough although took 30 mins and the couch looked worse than when he arrived. All for the low price of $300…no chance.

Thank you so much! I didn't know our carpets could look so clean and fresh. You got out all the old stains that I never could, and made all the carpets, particularly in the kids' rooms, look amazing. The price is very reasonable and gteat value, particularly given the result! 100% recommend for this and for your service throughout.

After reading some of the reviews looks like I dodged a bullet. Booked them to clean 2 days before keys to be handed back on a vacate. Booking was made 3 weeks prior. Only for them to cancel the day of booking due to sick staff, arranged for next day to then have him say he waited out the front, rang the doorbell and called the number. First he never came as I had been sitting on the porch for 2 hours waiting for him to arrive. So forget him even dining or knocking on the door cause unless he's invisible he never walked past me. An the number well we told them the number to call that ph was forgotten at home amd advised them of a different number to contact. Even after I was txting one of the staff asking for an ETA.So too save yourself a lot of drama, stress and language we shouldn't be using give this company a HUGE MISS.... One customer that found a better carpet cleaning company to go through, and yes on less than an hours notice.

Got a white rug cleaned - after the clean the rug was left soaking wet and had to be left out in the sun to dry, the stains were not removed and there was an odour on the rug. I emailed the company multiple times regarding my concerns and got no reply. Terrible service I do not recommend.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company.I had a couch and rug cleaned. Both were not overly dirty but I just wanted to freshen them up. The cleaning was completed but the items didn’t look any cleaner, they were also damp 2 days later and it’s been warm so I would hate to think how long it would take in winter.It’s impossible to talk to anyone on the phone from this company but after I attempted several times and sent a rude text message the rude owner eventually called back.They sent another cleaner out to complete the job a second time and although the cleaning was to a higher standard the items definitely didn’t ’dry fast’. Two days later I now have my couch cushions outside in the sun to dry which I suppose defeats the purpose of having them cleaned in the first place.I again sent a message to the owner saying I was unhappy with the service and although it says it has been read I have not received any correspondence.

Friendly service but that’s about the only positive, carpets were left very dirty all along the edges had to spend about 20 minutes just trying to vacuum up everything that was left behind. Attached photo is just a small section when in fact the entire room had dirt piled up in the edges and corners which were not there at the beginning of the clean.

Booked a rug cleaning on Friday, I was able to book for the next day which was amazing. The cleaner messaged me that day and said he could come earlier as he’d finished his clean early. He was really nice and did an awesome job. My pets had used the rug as a toilet a couple times and it was stinky. He cleaned it so well and it looks brand new. He was professional, nice and well presented. I highly recommend this service.

WORST EVER do not use this company, stained my very expensive rug and it was still dirty everywhere else? I could not believe it. The boss marcelo whom I spoke to over the phone was a horrible person to deal with raising his voice at me and not taking any responsibility for this damage done by his employer, very unprofessional I had to eventually hang the call up. Ofcourse I am not paying for a service I was so so unhappy with when this image was the finished product of the “clean”, the man who did the job apologised many times knowing he damaged it, you have one job and did not do the job anywhere close I regret ever booking, Do not recommend this business at all, I’m devastated.

I booked M&Co Cleaning for a couch and a rug cleaning. The cleaner that came on the day was very friendly and hard working. The couch was cleaned well and we were happy with the result.Unfortunately the rug was a different story. We were advised to leave the rug unused overnight, which we did. When we moved the rug in the morning, sand and dust spilt out of it. The majority of the marks that I wanted cleaned, remained on the rug.Generally the rug looked and felt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Now I know the cleaner on the day did his best with the equipment he had. However that equipment is clearly not suitable for rug cleaning.I contacted M&Co via their feedback form the day after the couch and rug were cleaned. After zero response I called and messaged four days later. I was asked to send my feedback to another email address, which I did.It has now been a month, during which time I sent a further three follow up messages. The only response being the company will check to find my email.I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the poor cleaning of the rug. I would not recommend M&Co Cleaning.

Had John (the nice Brazilian man) come over on a Sunday , I only booked it that morning and clean the leather couch we brought on market place . John was very polite and professional and did his best to get the couch as clean as possible for us.The only thing I didn’t like was this companies online booking service - I prefer to speak to a human is all.

Im sorry but this was such poor quality and service!I had a booking made and confirmed via email nearly 2 months in advance. I needed to reschedule a few days before and Mayla seamed great at helping with that. But it came to the day and I waited around 45mins before someone contacted me back to say someone would be out in the next hour?! I’m sorry but NO that is horrible customer service - I understand things happen and we need to reschedule or people are running late. But by your reviews it seams to be quite a common thing? And surely you would’ve been able to notify me early then nearly an hour past the booked time? I was at a vacated property with a little toddler, not something a mum wants to do; WAIT around for that long when we have plenty of other things to do. Maybe sort things out otherwise I’m sure many people are going to keep turning your business away.

First I got a call an hour before my booking time to reschedule, which is fine. However when the cleaner showed up the next day he told me, unprompted, that he will text me when he’s done. I sat in my car for over 2 hours then returned to check if he was done, and he had already left, no text at any point. The job was done so poorly that my rental manager told me not to pay, unfortunately I paid in cash and waited 3 days for the receipt. Our rental manager then paid them again to redo it, receipts and all, yet i’m still receiving “overdue invoices”. By far the worst experience i’ve had with a cleaning company, do not use the Canning Vale branch.

Initially i was thrilled to be able to book same day cleaning as i'd been cancelled on by another company but 5 minutes before my booking with M & co they texted me that the technician wont be coming today but will attend tomorrow now. With such little notice & waiting all day i was disapointed but hoped they'd show up tomorrow as i really needed it done. Technician rocked up, was here for maybe 8-10 minutes before he said he was done ? Okay... he said Rugs in good nick, just vacuum when dry. Well when it dried it smelt worse than when he started and was riddled with sand and dirt still - one swipe over with my hand and i could tell so i dont know how he couldnt. $140 for a 10 minute service and now ill have to pay a differnt company to re-do it. I have let them know a week ago and still nothing has been done. Not a happy customer - my advise is go elsewehere.

Really liked the service which is prompt and well mannered.Constructively, I was hoping they would have more sophisticated cleaning machines unlike the hireable spray and wet vacuum. The rotating brush carpet cleaners may prove more effective in getting rid of really tough stains and will ensure that the entire carpet retains one shade if a spot stain remover needs to be used.Overall, would definitely recommend them.

Booked a service to come the following day. Received a text 20 minutes prior to arrival. Erick did a thorough job cleaning my mattress. Looks and smells fresh.Very courteous, even asked if he needed to take his shoes off too!

Booked for a mattress clean and was offered a deal where if I bought another service I could get another for free, so I decided to get my car done aswell so I could get the deal. Nothing was explained about having to get the third service on the day and when I called to claim my free clean I was told that I couldn't get it as I should have got it on the day. This should have been explained as I wouldn't have bought the second one if I had known. As this wasnt explained it should have been honored. I feel quite ripped off and I won't be using this company or recommending it to anyone as this was very unprofessional!!

I had been shopping around and numerous other carpet cleaning companies didn’t reply or answer calls. I called M&Co for a quote on Thursday and spoke to Marcello immediately. He was available for Friday afternoon to come round and clean three carpeted rooms in our apartment. He sent me a link on text for me to choose the time I wanted to book the cleaning. He was friendly, professional, punctual, clear on payment terms, his attention to detail around the apartment was excellent, he was respectful, flexible and pleasant to deal with. I will use his services again and recommend him to others.

My daughter projectile vomited all over the couch! I called M and Co and they promised to come out the same day. Fabio was early and worked for 2 hours straight on the couches and they looked brand new! All stains gone and this is a cream coloured fabric couch that is 14 years old! I really appreciated how considerate he was ( he took his shoes off before entering the house, let me know the machine is quite noisy as he didn't want to scare my young kids and was understanding about my yappy dog). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

Quick response to my initial enquiry, said they could remove the stains on my sofa. They said it would take 1.5hours to complete, which was fine. They said they would hoover the sofa, spot treat and then clean the whole sofa & vaccum the water out with a 1.5 -3 hour dry time. I asked them if they could remove water and food stains to which they said yes. When they arrived an hour earlier than expected (and woke my baby) they proceeded to tell me they wouldnt be able to take the stains out of the sofa & asked me again what the stains were. He said he would try. 15 minutes later he said he was finished. I looked over the sofa there seemed to be some stains still remaining to which he said they would go when it dried. I could see visable dirt down the side of the couch & asked if he hoovered the sofa he said he had then ran a rag down the side of the sofa & all the dirt fell out. He swept it to my door & told me i would need to hoover it up myself. The sofa took 8 hours to dry and some of the stains never came out. The guy told me he wanted proof of payment before he left so i made the transfer in front of him & sent him a screen shot of the payment. A week or more later i received confirmation from the company saying payment received. Then 2 sms messages asking me to pay my outstanding invoice which obviously i don't have so i wont be paying it. I wouldnt recommend this company to be honest.
